THANK YOU

What a fantastic festival that was!
The gods of music, beer and sunshine smiled on us all weekend. Thank you for coming and making Off The Tracks what it is.
Also, thanks to the musicians, artists, the crew, all at Donington Park Farmhouse, the therapists in the Energy Orchard, the children's entertainers, the traders, and everyone who contributes to Off The Tracks.
See you next year on 29, 30, 31 August. Get those dates in your diary!

Our online tickets explained

Our online ticket site provides two kinds of tickets:

EARLY BIRD E-TICKETS
Early Bird e-tickets are available in limited quantity and for a short period – usually till Christmas time or earlier if the allocated tickets sell out. Early Bird e-tickets include free camping and parking for all vehicles, including live-in vehicles, for the duration of the Festival.

WEEKEND E-TICKETS
Weekend e-tickets go on sale after the Early Bird ticket sales finish and are available until a couple of days before the Festival starts. Weekend e-tickets include free camping. You will, however, need to buy a suitable parking ticket for your vehicle. There are two kinds of parking tickets: One for cars and another for live-in vehicles (caravans, camper vans, live-in vehicles).  The towing vehicles for caravans DO NOT require a separate car parking ticket. Motorcycles do not require a parking ticket.

Problems with using this site

Our ticket site (like many other e-commerce sites) requires your browser to accept cookies and java scripts to function. Sometimes security software with aggressive settings can prevent our website from operating normally. That can also happen if you try to order your tickets via work computers that might have a firewall setup. The best option is to use a home desktop computer with a modern browser.

Rollover tickets

If you have tickets that we rolled over for you from a previous year please be reassured that they are valid and you don’t need to do anything except bring them with you. Email sales@ott-tickets.co.uk with your details if you misplaced them. Please do not use the lost ticket tab on this site.

More Questions

On–the-gate tickets / day tickets

Weekend, Day & Evening Tickets are available on the gate at the festival and subject to availability.

Please see our website for up-to-date pricing. All on-the-gate tickets require additional parking and camping tickets if required.

Hook-up and camping pitches

The site has 46 hard-standing pitches (first come, first choice – these cannot be reserved)
There are more than 80 electric hook-up (EHU) points (first come, first choice – these cannot be reserved)

Pre & post festival & other charges

Off the Tracks is not responsible for the campsite pre or post-festival.

If you want to stay longer, before or after the festival, the campsite belongs to Donington Park Farmhouse, and you can pay for your additional stay on the gate upon arrival. This is for the weekend ticket holders only. Please see our website for up-to-date pricing.

Where is my ticket?

When you pay via PayPal or with your card through PayPal Payment Gateway, tickets are immediately emailed to you once PayPal approves the payment. Please check your spam folder within 10 minutes of ordering them.

Our tickets are PDF attachments in an email therefore prone to ending up in your junk or spam folder. Please check your spam folder before contacting us for undelivered tickets.

Sometimes email software is set to delete the contents of its spam folder regularly or on quitting the application. If that happens, please get in touch with us via the ‘lost tickets’ tab above. Or, sometimes people forget which email address they used for buying tickets, therefore, looking for tickets at the wrong email address. (That represents most of our ticket enquiries.)

On rare occasions, our tickets bounce back to us when email servers reject them as spam, or you exceeded your email quota or there is a typo in your email address without attempting to deliver the email to you. When this happens, we are aware of the situation and get in touch with you via text.

PayPal issues

Our setup with PayPal allows you to pay with debit or credit card without creating a PayPal account. However, under certain circumstances, PayPal might not offer you this option or won't allow you to pay without creating an account with them. This is nothing we control therefore any issues should be taken up with PayPal.

Online tickets FAQ

You can buy e-tickets only from our online shop, just make your selection and pay via PayPal gateway. Even if you don't have a PayPal account you will be able to use your credit or debit card at their secure site. Our store only uses Paypal, and all the payments are processed at Paypal's secure site. Therefore we do not ask or retain any financial information.

What special offers are there?
The prices above updated regularly to reflect the cheapest current prices.

I can’t use the tickets I’ve bought, can I get a refund?

Sorry! We can’t refund or resell tickets that can no longer be used.

Can I sell or buy tickets from a third party?
Tickets are still available to buy here and we’d strongly advise you always book tickets directly through official channels.

Does my child need a ticket?
You don’t need a child’s ticket for those aged under 12 on the first day of the festival not when the tickets are bought. You will, however, need to register them with our child-safe team upon arrival where you will be given a wristband for them, to write your mobile number on.
You’ll need to buy a youth ticket for those aged 12-16 and, again, they must still be 16 on the first day of the festival not when the tickets are bought.
